Since 1973 we have been leading the market with transfer agency solutions. It all started in 1973 when DST Systems and State Street came together and created their first joint venture, Boston Financial, then in 1995 the seeds were sown for the creation of what would become International Financial, the joint venture brand for the major domestic non-US markets. With State Street directly providing a range of solutions to the European, Asian and Pacific institutional markets.

Today we collectively service over 45 million shareholder accounts for over 700 clients with over 5,500 experienced staff. With operational centres across the key continents we can support clients transfer agency needs either via the joint venture companies or directly with State Street.
